Meet our Staff
Jon Walker Executive Director
Jon fell in love with Christian camping attending Quaker Hill as a young camper, and later served as a counselor any chance he could. In the early 90’s, Jon and his wife Sara served a decade in full-time camping ministry on the Oregon Coast. Today, with nearly 30 years of camping ministry under his belt, Jon is still passionate about creating a safe and healthy environment where guests can connect with God, fellowship with others, and avoid the distractions of everyday life. When he is not at camp, you can find Jon outdoors – hiking, fishing, paddle boarding, or on coffee dates with his wife!
Mariah Nay Guest Services
Born and raised on a farm in Oregon, Mariah Nay quickly fell in love with the outdoors. After pursing her degree from George Fox University, she was led to McCall where she spent a summer on Quaker Hill’s summer staff. Upon her decision to stay in Idaho, she met the love of her life and received the biggest blessing they could ask for – their daughter! Mariah is passionate about connecting guests and campers to God’s beauty! When she’s not at camp, you can find her hiking in the woods, paddle boarding, or skiing the slopes with her friends and family!
Reid Fitch Facilities Director
With a long family legacy of attendance at Quaker Hill, Reid finds joy in advancing the rich history of campers that have made the decision to follow Christ. Serving as camp’s “handy man,” Reid is passionate about creating a space for future generations to connect with God. When he is not running around fixing things or surprising the staff with new improvements, you can find Reid with his family enjoying what each season in McCall has to offer!
Brittany Weeks Food Services
An Idaho native, Brittany Kelly joined Quaker Hill’s summer staff in 2018 where she quickly fell in love with Christian camping. Serving in a variety of roles since, she has found her passion in the kitchen, making all kinds of delicious meals! When she is not at camp you can find her spending time with friends and family while hiking, fishing, snowboarding or baking homemade treats!
Sara Walker Summer Staff Director
Sara in no stranger to Christian Camping. She and her husband (Jon-Executive Director) have spent nearly 3 decades in Christian camping. After serving several years as Summer Staff Director at Twin Rocks Friends Camp, Sara and her family moved to Quaker Hill in the fall of 2004. Sara is super talented and gifted in many things from art to theater. She is excited to mentor and pour into the lives of young adults as they serve in the ministry of Quaker Hill.
